Ingredients
- Sugar – 60g
- Vanilla bean – 1 whole, snipped into pieces
- Arborio rice – 200g
- Coconut cream – 400g
- Water – 600g
Cooking
Add:
- sugar

Cook:
- 1 minute
- speed 9
Add:
- Rice
- Water
- Coconut cream
Cook:
- 20 minutes
- 90C
- Speed 2
The rice pudding will still be quite runny – don’t worry, it thickens after a few minutes. You can pour it straight into a serving dish and leave it for 5 minutes before serving, and it will be perfect.
