We visited on Tuesday night (which is $18 steak night, we discovered, which makes it likely we’ll be back on a future Tuesday night :-).

To gloss the frosting on a freshly baked cake, lightly blow warm air over the top and the sides of the cake until the frosting melts a little. When it cools, the surface will stay shiny for a professional finish.

This was surprisingly good (having read the reviews on Urbanspoon), despite the overcooked steak (more on that later).
Went here at lunchtime on a Sunday, but had the dinner menu rather than the lunch menu, as we went on a voucher for dinner, but they offered us a lunch booking which worked well for us. Confused? Probably, but it made sense, it worked well, and showed their flexibility.
One thing that is pretty much the same across all of the voucher sites is that the offers are written by people who have absolutely no idea of how to write. (I read somewhere yesterday that one site is using “aspiring comedians” to write their stuff. It’s not a good decision, guys.)
Here’s a couple of examples from yesterday as to why someone with a clue should do the writing. (Even the opening paragraph – it’s simply filler, no information at all. But that’s not the issue here.)
