Cullenary Delights

You have to love the variables in food.

I made one of my favourites tonight – Capsicum Chorizo Risotto. Love this thing.

But a couple of mouthfuls in, Cha was: “Did you put chilli in this?”

Nope, just used some choritzos from the Queen Vic Markets rather than ones from Woolies. Clearly have more of a kick to them! (As well as being a heap cheaper.)

And it’s better this way
